Jovanna comes from a family background of entertainment. She spent her youth traveling throughout the United States and Europe while her family performed and managed shows for Army soldiers and their families, as well as the local population wherever her father was stationed. During her high school years in Germany, Jovanna attended design and art seminars – fueling a passion that runs from Event Planning and Performing Arts to Creative Design. With over 15 years experience, Jovanna has managed a range of profit, non-profit, corporate, and special events where she has coordinated exhibits, conferences, and trade shows. She has served as a Director of Events for charitable organizations as well as participates in professional business organizations.
Jovanna has attained positions as Product Coordinator, Senior Project Coordinator, Project Coordinator, Program Manager, Director of Events, Meeting Planner, Facilitator and Wedding Specialist Certified. Jovanna also currently works as an Exhibit & Trade Show Manager under Good2Go's U. S. Army contract for the Program Executive Office for Simulation, Training and Instrumentation (PEO STRI) and Team Orlando.
Jovanna has served as a US Army Aviation Officer, Black Hawk Pilot, Battalion S3 Operations Officer, Company Commander, Assistant Professor of Military Science at the University of Central Florida Army Reserve Officer Training Corp (ROTC) and successfully completed both US ARMY Aviation Flight School Training from Fort Rucker, AL and Air Assault School, Fort Campbell, KY. She holds a BS degree from the University of Central Florida, Army ROTC.
Her military and civilian training and substantial experience have instilled a strong sense of duty, integrity, passion and commitment.

Karin left behind the snowy winters of upstate New York for the balmy breezes of the sunshine state and Orlando 10 years ago. As a young adult, Karin identified her passion in the service industry and consequently completed her Bachelor of Science in Travel and Tourism Administration at Niagara University. Since then, she has held numerous jobs requiring her to handle multiple capacities. From these beginnings, Karin has developed a strong ability to flawlessly manage and execute the many tasks required to coordinate an event seamlessly
Karin has attained positions as Product Coordinator, Program Manager, Project Coordinator, Marketing Assistant and Meeting Planner. Her customers include all levels of government and companies such as Kodak, Xerox, and Prudential. Karin also currently works as an Exhibit & Trade Show Manager under Good2Go's U.S. Army contract for the Program Executive Office for Simulation, Training and Instrumentation (PEO STRI) and Team Orlando.
With over 14 years experience, Karin brings with her strong management and marketing skills, along with a well-developed background in promotion. Combined, her management experience in Corporate Hotel Sales and Meeting Planning gives Karin the necessary foresight to carry out a multitude of events with a competitive edge.

Dana spent 13 years as a career sworn law enforcement officer. She has devoted her time and experience to helping victims of crime, specializing in crimes against women and children. Dana served on committees to further the rights of crime victims. Additionally, Dana has used her passion and experience to further educate those who will be in positions to help others. Specifically, Dana was sought out as a certified instructor to current law enforcement as well as law enforcement recruits throughout the State of Florida.
Dana enjoys entertaining for family and friends on a regular basis. She is regularly sought out to assist in the planning of simple gatherings to receptions. Dana designed and coordinated her own wedding to perfection.

Marc Marion currently works as an Exhibit & Trade Show Coordinator under Good2Go's U.S. Army contract for the Program Executive Office for Simulation, Training and Instrumentation (PEO STRI). Marc has a varied and extensive background in management, logistics, and planning. Marc started his career in the surveying and mapping industry, where he has over ten years of experience. He utilized his creative abilities, attention to detail, and leadership skills to earn the title of Project Manager. As a Project Manager, he planned and managed the daily activities of various complex multi-million dollar projects. These skills seamlessly transferred over into the event planning industry, were he has shown a remarkable ability to organize, plan, and execute successful events and shows. Marc also has a strong background in client relations and customer service. He holds the belief that our customers' needs are of the utmost importance and he strives to deliver a perfect event.
Marc has obtained an Associate of Science Degree in Web Design from the International Academy of Design and Technology, and is currently enrolled in classes to earn his Bachelors of Science in Business Administration.
Marc's technical abilities and attention to detail have made a huge impact on the success of many events. He is very detail oriented and highly skilled at the logistical planning for any event, large or small. These qualities, combined with his dedication, and "whatever it takes" attitude, help Marc bring a unique style and passion to the Good2Go Team.

Kenne Sparks Event & Tradeshow Specialist LinkedIn |
Kenne Sparks joined the Good2Go team in September of 2011 and is currently on the U.S. Army contract for the Program Executive Office for Simulation Training and Instrumentation. Kenne has a background in Culinary Arts, Telecommunications, Management and Project Coordination.
After two years of study at Baltimore International Culinary College, Kenne spent eight years working as a chef. Beginning in fine dining restaurants and catering eventually, Kenne made the move to casual theme restaurants and became an opening trainer where he spent the next two years traveling in the Southeastern United States training local staff and supporting management. Later he became a Kitchen Manager in a “Flag-Ship Training Restaurant” where he not only managed day to day operations but also trained managers before being placed in their restaurant of assignment.
In 1998 Kenne went back to school and obtained a Bachelors of Arts Degree in Mass Communications focused in Advertising and Telecommunications from the University of South Florida. The next five years Kenne worked for a television production and duplication company. Here he served as a Production Manager working with clients on video production and post production projects ranging from on-location Electronic News Gathering (ENG), editing and duplication services. Kenne also did professional broadcast equipment sales and managed a rental fleet of ENG equipment. In 2007 Kenne returned to the University of South Florida where he served as a technology manager for a distance learning facility broadcasting courses to the internet and worked special events.
During his career Kenne has developed many transferable skills. With a strong focus in customer service and both a culinary and IT/Telecommunications background Kenne has unique insight into the inner workings of the Event and Tradeshow industry. With a strong work ethic, Kenne is dedicated to ensuring our clients events and message are Good2Go.

Dominique Torsiello has been an Intern for Good2Go Event Management, Inc. since June of 2010. While at Good2Go, Dominique has supplied technical and logistical support in the planning process of events such as I/ITSEC, Gametech and numerous Charity events. Being a very detailed – oriented individual, Dominique has aided in the organization of services for events such as catering, displays, facilities and accommodations.
Dominique is a junior at the University of Central Florida (UCF) studying Political Science on the Pre – Law track. Dominique intends on attending law school after graduating from UCF to pursue her JD in order to become an entertainment lawyer. During her time at the UCF Dominique has held the position of Event Officer for the University’s Equestrian Club. She has been able to use her event planning skills to arrange various networking events and socials for the club. In addition, Dominique is the Social Chair for Phi Alpha Delta – Pre Law Fraternity where she manages all events.

Heather Marion has been with Good2Go since March of 2010. She currently works part-time as a Project Coordinator, assisting in the Oviedo office. The rest of her time is spent between creating wood burned art and as a Stay-at-Home Mom of her two small children.
Heather graduated from Rollins College in Winter Park, FL and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Organizational Behavior. Her career history includes a little of everything from restaurant management, to paper sales, to hospital billing. Heather’s eclectic background has taught her a wide variety of skills, and she is proud to call herself a “Renaissance Woman”. Her positive, can-do spirit is an asset in any situation and is essential in the event management industry.

Patti comes to Good2Go with 12 years experience in Project Management. She’s held the position of Project Manager at AT&T, IBM and Walt Disney World. Her focus in these positions was managing large IT projects, including system upgrades, system development, amusement park openings and special events. She successfully managed her projects within a global environment, ensuring cultural differences of team members in three countries and time zones didn’t negatively impact her projects. She negotiated project schedules, managed budgets and mitigated project risks.
Additionally, Patti brings 13 years experience in Website Design, Development, Copywriting and Online Marketing. She has created, managed and marketed her own websites; as well as written copy for other websites.
Patti’s organization skills, attention to detail and creativity have benefited in her professional career. She brings a wide variety of experiences and skills to each new challenge.
Patti earned her Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Management and Masters in Business Administration, from The University of Maryland. She also received a Master’s Certification in Project Management from Stevens Institute of Technology. Patti continues to enhance her skills by taking courses in Graphic Design, Web Development and Online Marketing.

Joe Hancock, a warehouse logistics intern, has been working with Good2Go Event Management since October 2010.
Joe is a 2011 graduate of Hagerty High School and enjoys weight training in his personal time. In addition to physical fitness, Joe’s hobbies include building computers, spending time with family and friends, and motorcross. In college, he will be pursuing his interests in personal fitness and computer hardware engineering.
Paying special attention to detail, organization and effectiveness, Joe plays a role in preparing stored items for Good2Go’s various events. Joe has participated in I/ITSEC, GAMETECH and nonprofit/charity events ensuring objectives are executed with precision.
Joe assumes many roles with Good2Go and brings many different perspectives to the table.
